    I never understood why S&W lists the Pro Series revolvers as part of Performance Center. None of the Pro Series have the PC tuned action which is really all that matters. The pro series should just be called the Fancy Boys.

    This is an incredible firearm. My wife loves hers. The 357 magnum is a little hot for her but 38 special is butter.

    She’s only put around 1000 rounds through it, but never once has there been an issue. And it’s a beautiful handgun to boot.

    Those who buy it will rarely use 357 rounds in it. .357 is expensive and in that revolver, the kick would be epic. On top of all that, the trigger pull is probably quite heavy, more than 10 lbs. Otherwise Smith and Wesson would’ve disclosed it. And you only get 5 round?

    For $200 less, you can get a 9mm pistol with at least double the capacity, better trigger and lighter weight.

    Sure, I’d love to have one as a range toy to fondle and attract attention, but such a revolver would never be my EDC. Not for $719.
