    Fun fact. The USP is the very first gun built specifically for the .40 S&W. Other guns before it were just beefed up 9mm designs.

    This price is nanners and you shouldn’t pay it, but just in defense of the USP .40…

    Even if you hate .40 this is still a good gun. It’s literally just a 10mm that they forgot to finish reaming the chamber on (in fact you can shoot 10mm if you buy or make a properly chambered barrel, and pair it with 2011 magazines). In all calibers, the USP is one of the most overbuilt pistols out there. If you were going to buy any pistol in .40s&w, this should be it, just not at this price.

    A V1 .40 USP is like the base model V6 Mustang of H&K pistols. Absolute povo tier, even more so than the VP9, and you’d have to be out of your mind to pay $950 for one.
