    Excellent foam. I got some to replace the molded insert in the factory case that came with my MKIV 22/45 Lite after I had out an optic on it and it no longer fit. Easy to cut accurately, very durable, doesn’t seem to accumulate moisture at all, and it got to my door for like $12 shipped or something, so little that I don’t even remember. Two pieces of different thicknesses. Fast shipping.

    Only place I’ll buy my foam now.

    If I wanted this foam for pelican, but I wanted to keep the cavity mostly open for different rifles, what would I need to do? I’d like the ability to take my AK or AR to the range in one case or be able to separate uppers and lowers if I have the need.

    Nah man, treat yourselves to polyethylene foam. Way easier to cut and it doesn’t wear out nearly as fast.
