    Whoa. Is this any good?? I admittedly don’t know squat about plate carriers.

    Have 2 and a Spiritus setup also. Like people have said, its a great minimalist setup, bump in the night, throw in the trunk kinda carrier. I have one setup with something similar to the Haley d3crm placard, and the other with just a triple mag and slim admin. Fits great, material has held up. Shoulder straps kinda suck but just grab some HSGI shoulder pads.

    Great price on a solid piece of gear. With a few extras these make excellent entry level carriers. Some shoulder pads and EVA foam inserts and you can definitely run with this.

    I know because I got one for my son and I have done these upgrades.

    I’m 6’ tall ~185lbs (not skinny but not fat, mild dad bod) and the large is a little big on me cinched down as much as possible. My buddy who is a similar build but ~215lbs fits him awesome.

    It’s not a great long term option because the shoulder straps are uncomfortable (mitigated with pads obviously) but it’s good for being concealable and it’s sturdy.

    I paid like $75 for mine, this is a great price.

    I have the plate carrier and like it a lot. Do yourself a favor though and get a pair of High Speed Gear(HSGI) WAS/WEE shoulder pads for it, makes it much more comfortable.
