    if anyone is wondering, yes rescue-essentials is legit and you can buy from them with confidence. they’re a great vendor (full stop) to get [softt-w](https://www.rescue-essentials.com/softt-w-generation-4-tourniquet/) tourniquets which until about a year or so ago, were the only TQ other than NAR’s CAT that was approved by cotccc, the organization that maintains tccc standards and teaching.

Actual price per each ≈ $1.06 per scissor, cost is probably closer to $0.50 or less. 80% or more of the global surgical instrument supply is in Pakistan, odds are this was actually made there and shipped to the US to be painted black. Sorry if the truth hurts fucknuts
