   I run this with the esstac placard, l210 plates, and first Spear padded plate backers. My only complaint is the esstac placard doesn’t sit flush with the velcro surface. For the wrap around style carriers, if you plan on wearing a placard I wonder if it would be better to get one that goes underneath the velcro, not over it. That being said I’m happy with it. Don’t currently run shoulder pads.
